Key Responsibilities
Okta administration (user lifecycle, group and app assignments, SSO/SCIM integrations)
Google Workspace administration
Mac fleet management with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, including OS and patch compliance
SaaS administration, including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), GitHub, and Slack
Onboarding and offboarding
IT support and incident response
Support for periodic access reviews
Hardware procurement, provisioning, asset inventory, and lifecycle
Office technology: conference room AV, printers, physical access control
Documentation and runbooks
Vendor and license management
Required Qualification
4+ years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of Okta, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace

Clear written communication with a team distributed across time zones, with occasional early-morning or evening availability

Windows, Intune, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID experience

$128,000 - $163,000 a year
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $128,000 - $163,000. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors including work location, job-related skills and experience, relevant education, training or certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
