Job Title: Investment Banking ECM AnalystReports to: Co-Head of Investment BankingLocation: New YorkDepartment: Investment BankingSalary Range: $110,000-$125,000This is an opportunity to become a key member of a world-class investment banking practice focused on companies in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will provide support to the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to execute a wide array of equity and equity-linked financings, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, structured deals and convertible debt transactions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Execute transactions as an Analyst on the ECM team
- Interact directly with current and prospective clients
- Work closely with broader investment banking team to coordinate all aspects of existing client management, new business origination and deal execution
Experience and Qualifications Required:- One or more years of relevant experience in investment banking
- BS or BA with an exemplary academic record
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
