Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Develop internal communications strategies and programs designed to support the firm's goals.
Work closely with colleagues across the firm, including the firm's leadership, to draft key business updates and strategic initiatives.
Help edit and improve communications-from firmwide announcements and blog posts to live events and videos-clearly relaying complex information to various audiences with precision and rigor.
Support process management and creative brainstorming, from idea generation through execution.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and a demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement, with two to five years of communications, professional writing, and/or editorial experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to a range of audiences.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, an orientation towards collaboration, the ability to manage multiple projects, and keen attention to detail.
Intellectual curiosity, collaborative instincts, and a proactive approach to sourcing and executing new ideas.
Previous experience in finance or tech is a plus but not required.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
