Farrow & Ball - Integrated Marketing Manager - Remote - Tri-State AreaWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team. This is a permanent full-time remote position based within the Tri-State region (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut).
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor role and the closest partner to the Head of Marketing, North America. You will own the day-to-day execution of our regional marketing programmes across four interconnected areas: campaign management, trade and designer marketing, retail and event activation, and cross-functional operations. Regular travel is required to connect with showroom teams, brand partners, and colleagues across North America. When not travelling, there is an expectation to visit our Flatiron office as needed, particularly when there are opportunities to collaborate with team members in person.
What we expect from you as an Integrated Marketing ManagerIntegrated Campaign Execution- Develop channel plans for global campaigns across North America, translating global strategy into locally relevant activity for Designers/Architects, Homeowners, Painters/Contractors, Stockists, and Showrooms.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, in-store, and CRM channels.
- Manage media and creative agency relationships, including JK&K and ThinkLab, overseeing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Prepare campaign performance data and materials for leadership reviews.
- Lead localization and approvals with UK Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, and Retail Marketing teams.
- Manage the North America marketing budget and proactively flag variances.
- Support Growth Acceleration projects through cross-functional coordination.
Designer & Painter Programme- Lead the sampling transformation project, including creative, pricing, eligibility, workflows, systems, POS, procurement, fulfilment, and finance.
- Own the Designer Portal and Specification Tool (NA), including roadmap management, Phase 2 scoping, prioritization, testing, onboarding, UX, and reporting.
- Develop designer and painter lifecycle communications, including email flows, newsletters, blogs, trade content, and video.
- Lead the quarterly BDM Bulletin and launch SMS marketing for painters.
- Identify growth opportunities, including podcasts, speaking engagements, and brand collaborations.
- Manage product sampling, gifting, surveys, and reporting.
- Partner with Ecommerce on NA website trade flows, Designer Portal, Specification Tool, Events pages, Blog, and email marketing.
- Create training and enablement materials for sales, designer, and trade teams.
- Manage internal communications around new programmes and tools.
- Support Designer CRM, reporting, and third-party sampling fulfilment initiatives.
- Plan and support quarterly retention marketing events and in-showroom training.
Retail, Events, Colour Consultancy & Stockist Marketing- Lead showroom event requests, including reopenings, partnerships, window displays, and sponsorship activations.
- Organize major expos and tradeshows, including travel, staffing, shipping, programming, speakers, ambassadors, on-site execution, content capture, and reporting.
- Negotiate and execute major sponsorships (Brooklyn Showhouse, Round Top, High Point, etc.), with strategic approval from the Head of Marketing.
- Lead stockist marketing initiatives, including paid media, pro shows, awards, fairs, billboards, and local media.
- Organize Colour Consultancy events in partnership with Christina on content and guidelines.
- Provide input into quarterly stockist newsletters organized by the UK B2B team.
- Manage collateral production with Creative, including printing, gifting, apparel, and sales tools.
- Brief and manage advertising placements in local publications.
- Identify and onboard local vendors with Procurement and Finance.
- Manage third-party platforms (Sampalize, Design Shop, Sample House) and track leads.
- Manage POs, invoices, and payment processing.
Cross-Functional Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration- Serve as a key operational link between NA Marketing and central UK teams, ensuring priorities are communicated and deliverables are met.
- Formalize intake processes for collateral, sponsorships, events, and other requests.
- Support the Head of Marketing with prioritization, workload planning, and strategic projects.
- Build strong relationships with Ecommerce, PR & Communications, People & Culture, Finance, and Procurement.
Experience- 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a luxury, lifestyle, premium home, or design-led brand.
- Proven experience managing integrated B2C and B2B campaigns.
- Strong experience in trade and designer marketing, ideally in interiors, architecture, or design.
- Experience managing agencies, media partners, and creative production.
- Familiarity with CRM, performance marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience with a global brand and international headquarters is an advantage.
