Insurance Coverage Role (Associate Attorney - 1 year of experience) - California Bar License
Role DescriptionTressler LLP is seeking an attorney with 1 years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our insurance coverage practice. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys who have an active California bar license and insurance coverage experience to work from any state in the U.S. either fully remote or hybrid.
Essential job duties include:- Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases
from intake through settlement or trial.
- Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
- Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
- Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
- Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications- Active California bar license (Required)
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 1 year of experience of Insurance Coverage experience (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills
