Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee the execution of client orders across U.S. equities, futures, and options while actively managing trading, market, and operational risk.
Continuous monitoring of market conditions, liquidity, and platform performance, as well as exercising judgment when issues arise that require escalation or intervention.
Analyze execution quality and trading performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide clear handoff summaries to the day trading team.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience on an execution desk, electronic trading desk, sales trading desk, or in a related role.

Comfortable working independently with a strong work ethic; disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining focus and sound judgment throughout the trading session.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
