Position Summary
As a member of the Innovation Equipment team, this person will be responsible for managing equipment performance and factory metrics in collaboration with Fab Engineering teams. The position will require strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment operation and maintenance, in order to analyze equipment data, develop solutions, and ensure actions are implemented. Additionally, this role will need to exhibit strong communication skills in order to lead cross-functional teams internally to Samsung and externally with equipment vendors and OEMs.

- Staff/Executivelevelpresentations,proposalsandstatusreportstodrivecontinuousimprovementprocess.
- Possessexpertunderstandingofsemiconductorequipmentandshouldbecapableofshiftingfocusofindividualgoalswhenprioritieschange.
- Workwithmultipleengineeringteamstoreduceinefficienciesusingdataanalysisandleanmethodology.
- Workwithequipmentanalyticsandsolutionsteamtointerpretdatatodevelopandimplementnovelsolutionsforcrossfunctionalteams.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
B.S.inmechanical,chemicalorelectricalengineeringpreferred.Otherengineering/manufacturingdegreesaccepted.
Minimumof5+yearsexperienceinSemiconductorindustryrequired.Knowledgeintheoryofoperationsandequipmentmaintenancepreferred.
3+yearsofexperienceinaProjectorProgramManagerpositionwithabackgroundinLeanand/orSixSigma.
Green/BlackBeltLeanCertificationpreferred.
CustomerFocus:DedicatedtofindingandbringingValueintheiranalysistoourinternalandexternalcustomers.

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
