Responsibilities

  • Monitor residential infrastructure work, ensuring technical management and compliance.
  • Verify timelines and track budget control for projects.
  • Coordinate construction meetings with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Assist in coordinating the commissioning of building systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Lead a team of site supervisors and supporting engineers.
  • Enforce health and safety prevention program.

Aperçu

Ce poste est basé à Montréal. Une aide à la relocalisation est offerte aux candidats résidant à l'extérieur de la ville.

Votre rôle

Au sein de l'équipe Ingénierie des procédé et de l'eau du bureau de Montréal, vous aurez à:
  • Surveiller les travaux d'infrastructures en résidence, assurer la gestion technique et la conformité des travaux sous sa responsabilité.
  • Vérifier les échéanciers de réalisation et effectuer le suivi ainsi que le contrôle budgétaire du projet.
  • Coordonner les réunions de chantier avec les autres intervenants incluant les entrepreneurs généraux, les sous-traitants et le client.
  • Assister à la coordination de la mise en service des systèmes de bâtiment et les équipements mécanique, tuyauterie, vannes, plomberie.
  • Coordonner une équipe de surveillants de chantier et des ingénieurs d'appui.
  • Faire respecter le programme de prévention en santé sécurité.


À propos de vous

  • Détient un Baccalauréat en génie des procédés, mécanique ou structure.
  • Être membre de plein droit de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Possède au minimum 15 ans d'expérience pertinente en surveillance de construction de bâtiment industriels.
  • Détient un permis de conduire valide et a accès à un véhicule.
  • Est en mesure de s'exprimer en français et en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
  • Est titulaire de la carte ASP Construction.
