Responsibilities

  • Design protection, control, and automation systems for turbine-generator units.
  • Prepare/review single line diagrams, relay schemes, plan layouts, and cable/conduit pathways.
  • Draft engineering documents for construction: plans, technical specifications, and material lists.
  • Perform electrical studies including short circuits, protection coordination, selectivity, and relay settings.
  • Ensure technical coordination with multidisciplinary teams and provide support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Adhere to quality standards, codes, and internal regulations.

Full Job Description
Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) électrique pour l'équipe Énergie Eau du bureau de Montréal d'AECOM. Le ou la titulaire participera à la conception détaillée des systèmes de protection et contrôle de groupes turbine-alternateur réfectionnés, ainsi qu'à des projets de nouvelles centrales hydroélectriques et postes de transport et distribution au Canada et aux États-Unis. Responsabilités principales : • Concevoir les systèmes de protection, contrôle et automatisation des groupes turbine-alternateur. • Préparer et/ou réviser les schémas unifilaires, schémas de relais, plans en plan et élévation, et cheminements de câbles et conduits. • Rédiger les documents d'ingénierie pour construction : plans, spécifications techniques, listes de matériel. • Effectuer des études électriques (courts-circuits, coordination des protections, sélectivité, réglages de relais). • Assurer la coordination technique avec les équipes multidisciplinaires et fournir un support technique lors de l'approvisionnement, construction et mise en service. • Respecter les normes, codes et standards internes de qualité. Qualifications • Baccalauréat en génie électrique ; • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) ; • Minimum de six (6) ans d'expérience pertinente ; • Expérience en conception ainsi qu'en préparation de plans et devis ; • Expérience dans la préparation de spécifications techniques pour des équipements électriques ; • Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels à l'étranger, pour des périodes variant de quelques jours à quelques semaines ; • Permis de conduire du Québec valide, classe appropriée ; • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques liés au domaine, notamment les logiciels SKM, PSEE, ETAP ou EasyPower ; • Bonne connaissance des logiciels d'automatisation Allen-Bradley et SEL ; • Capacité à rédiger des rapports et des recommandations structurés en français et en anglais(pour posible mandat hors Québec) Informations complémentaires Le parrainage pour l'obtention d'un permis de travail Canadien n'est pas disponible pour ce poste
