AECOM est à la recherche d'un(e) ingénieur(e) géotechnique principal(e) pour joindre son équipe de résidus miniers et gestion des déchets miniers au Canada. La personne retenue dirigera la conception de digues à résidus et agira à titre d'Ingénieur(e) responsable du dossier (Engineer of Record - EOR) pour des projets de gestion des résidus miniers au Canada et à l'international.

Ce rôle met l'accent sur le leadership technique et l'exécution de projets, en assurant l'excellence technique ainsi que la conformité aux exigences réglementaires applicables à la gestion des résidus miniers.

Ce poste peut être basé dans n'importe lequel des bureaux canadiens d'AECOM

Les responsabilités comprennent notamment :
  • Diriger la réalisation technique des projets, de l'étape conceptuelle jusqu'aux plans et devis détaillés, pour des installations de gestion des déchets miniers (p. ex. : digues à résidus, parcs à résidus filtrés, installations de co-disposition, haldes à stériles) ainsi que des infrastructures de gestion des eaux (p. ex. : barrages de rétention d'eau minière, bassins de collecte des eaux d'infiltration)
  • Assumer le rôle d'Ingénieur(e) responsable du dossier (EOR) pour des digues à résidus ou autres ouvrages de remblai similaires
  • Fournir une orientation technique et du mentorat aux membres de l'équipe technique
  • Effectuer des revues techniques indépendantes de rapports d'ingénierie et de conceptions
  • Conseiller les clients sur des enjeux techniques, incluant la conformité aux règlements et normes applicables
  • Participer activement au groupe de pratique technique d'AECOM
  • Collaborer avec les clients afin de développer des solutions durables à long terme


Qualifications

Exigences minimales :
  • Baccalauréat en génie dans une discipline pertinente
  • Minimum de 8 années d'expérience progressive dans le secteur des résidus miniers et de la gestion des déchets miniers
  • Expérience antérieure à titre d'Ingénieur(e) responsable du dossier (EOR) pour de grandes installations de résidus miniers
  • Permis de conduire valide

Qualifications souhaitées :
  • Maîtrise dans une discipline pertinente du génie
  • Plus de 20 années d'expérience progressive en gestion des résidus miniers, idéalement au Canada
  • Excellente capacité de collaboration et aptitude à développer de solides relations de travail au sein d'AECOM et avec des équipes de projets internationales
  • Expérience démontrée en leadership et en développement d'équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Bonne maitrise de l'anglais pour mandats hors Québec
