Oracle Record-to-Report/Cost Accounting Managerwith10+years of experience specializing in OracleEBSFinance R12 (& above)and Cost accounting. Strongexpertisein implementation, rollouts, and enhancements for large-scaleMedical Devicecompany, ensuring compliance with industryvalidation procedures ®ulations. Possesses a strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Intercompany, SLA, Cash Management, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting Modules and technical aspects of Oracle systems, including PL/SQL, SQL, and integration technologies.Adept at leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system customization, and testing, ensuring successful project delivery and post-implementation support.
Key Skills and Experience:
Oracle R2R Modules:
Deep understanding ofE-BusinessR2R Modules (e.g., AR, AP, GL, Intercompany, SLA, Cash Management, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting) and Oracle Cost Accounting module.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database administration.Experience with integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), 3rd party integrations & data migration processes.
Functional Expertise:
Strong functional understanding of Subledgers feeding into General ledger, Intercompany, & core finance modules along with depth knowledge of Cost updates, rolling up costs for discrete/shop floor manufacturing are preferred.Experience inconfiguring core finance modules, Cost groups, AGIS, Project Accounting is a must. Proficient in requirementsgathering, functional design, and gap analysis & design RCIE objects. Good Working knowledge of EBS modules interlocked with R2R, like order management, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory is needed.
SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI &PowerBIReports
Build SQL queries to triage data, create Data extraction SQL scripts, build reporting automation queries, and help build KPI dashboards for Finance data.
Testing & Validation
Functional testing, UAT support, and Change Control process for compliance and accuracy.
Compliance & Validation
Experience ensuringGxP, FDA, and other regulatory complianceinLife Sciences supply chain implementations.

This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary Pay Range:
$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
