Harper Law Firm, PLLC, a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and solutions-oriented Information Technology Manager to oversee all aspects of the firm's technology infrastructure, legal case management systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, and employee technical support.
This is a full-time, on-site, hands-on role in San Antonio for someone who wants to build and own an internal technology function. You will handle employee support and systems administration, improve Filevine workflows, and lead approved technology projects with the COO. The transition from outsourced support will be planned and documented, with specialized vendors engaged when their expertise is needed.
The Information Technology Manager will serve as the firm's primary technology expert and work closely with the COO, attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure that technology supports the firm's operational and financial objectives.
