Job Summary

At Leonardo DRS Land Electronics, we help deliver technology that supports critical missions by making sure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll own full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy for a fast-moving business that hires across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, program management, and corporate functions. You'll partner closely with leaders to build forward-looking hiring plans, strengthen pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience, without losing speed, quality, or compliance. This role offers meaningful visibility, real influence with decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape how we grow our teams for the future.

Essential Functions
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for Land Electronics, delivering high-quality hires across technical and non-technical functions.
• Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to business priorities, workforce needs, and near- and long-term growth plans.
• Provide strategic HR leadership and support across a broad range of functions, including succession planning, client group partnership, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Influence and advise hiring leaders on hiring priorities, market conditions, and recruiting best practices to improve outcomes and speed.
• Develop strong, diverse pipelines using networking, sourcing tools, referrals, social media, and external partnerships to consistently attract top talent.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding coordination-balancing urgency with professionalism and care.
• Lead university recruiting and early-career programs, including internship pipeline strategy, program coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
• Use recruiting metrics and insights to report progress, improve efficiency, and strengthen quality of hire and pipeline health.
• Ensure compliant recruiting practices by partnering with HR, compensation, and business leaders and following applicable regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience; ideally supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense-related organizations.
• Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Broad HR expertise across succession planning, client group support, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools/technology.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Experience leading university recruiting and internship or early-career programs.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics
• Ability to manage competing priorities
