SW Corp is a leading organization dedicated to manufacturing luxurious bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida.
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our workforce and drive organizational success.
The Human Resources role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with SW Corp's mission, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and managing HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook. The position provides guidance to managers and employees (with U.S. immigration visa experience as a plus), drives employee engagement and a positive workplace culture, leads training and development initiatives, analyzes HR data for informed decision-making, promotes diversity and inclusion, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives.
