Position Overview

As a Human Resources Business Integrator, you'll serve as a trusted business advisor, helping leaders solve organizational challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and improve business performance.

 

This is an opportunity to expand your strategic influence, develop deeper consulting expertise, and become a valued partner to leaders navigating increasingly complex business and workforce decisions.

 

As a Human Resources Business Integrator, you'll partner with business leaders in our Research & Development organization to align workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities with business objectives.

 

As an Integrator, you'll connect leaders with expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure business challenges are addressed through coordinated, business-focused solutions.

 

You'll coach leaders to strengthen accountability for talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement while helping them build stronger, higher-performing teams.

 

Through business insight, workforce intelligence, analytics, and practical consultation, you'll help leaders improve organizational capability and business performance.

 

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to align workforce, talent, and organizational priorities with business strategy.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
  • Integrate expertise across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated business solutions.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development discussions.
  • Diagnose organizational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Guide leaders through organizational changes, workforce transitions, investigations, and complex employee matters.
  • Leverage workforce analytics, AI-enabled tools, employee insights, and business metrics to improve decision-making.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that improve execution and accountability.
  • Partner across HR, Finance, Legal, and Shared Solutions to deliver measurable business value.
  • Help leaders foster inclusive, engaged, and high-performing organizations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience

  • Master's degree and at least 3 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience
