Job Description & SummaryThe Human Capital (HC) Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading the HC Operational Excellence team. This role will focus on xLoS process execution and continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate closely with all HC Business Partners (HBCPs) to transform, improve, standardize, and document processes. They will work closely with all areas of the HC team to support a variety of planned and bespoke processes with defined SLAs and KPIs.

- Lead the HC Operational Excellence team in executing xLoS processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Closely monitor service delivery standards and capacity of the team
- Collaborate with HCBPs to transform, improve, and document HC processes through standardization, simplification, automation, and GenAI
- Support various HC teams in managing planned and bespoke processes with defined SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure alignment of HC processes xLoS where possible and provide recommendations for best practices
- Monitor and report on process performance, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Provide guidance and support to HC teams on process-related issues and challenges
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HC team

The salary range for this position is $90, 530 - $134, 800. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
