Full Job Description

TheHR Partner, Specialized Careserves as a trustedsubjectmatterexpert for complex and escalated associate and leader matters. This roleis responsible forprovidingexpert guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce actions while ensuring alignment with local regulations and Flowserve policies. Reporting to theManager, Specialized Care, this roleoperatesat the intersection of service excellence, risk mitigation, and business enablementpartnering closely with leaders to drive fair, compliant, and consistent outcomes across supported countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an escalation point andsubjectmatterexpert for complex associate and leader inquiries, ensuringtimely, compliant, andhighqualityresolution.

  • Interpret, apply, and clearly communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures in a way that balances consistency, risk management in strategic partnership with the business

  • Provide trusted coaching and counsel to leaders on performance management, compensation, career development, and workforce actions aligned to Flowserve92s business strategy andobjectives.

  • Guide leaders through sensitive andhighrisksituations, including employee relations matters, conflict resolution, investigations, involuntary terminations, and reductions in force.

  • Assess complex situations by asking critical, diagnostic questions and exercising sound judgment to recommend appropriate courses of action.

  • Support talent development efforts byidentifyingcapability gaps,advising ondevelopment solutions, and making targeted recommendations.

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Flowserve92s global organizational structure and People Excellence to effectively navigate complexity and resolve issues across regions.

  • Partner with People Center leadership tomonitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the service delivery model for designated countries.

  • Oversee and manage escalated transactions and workstream execution in NEO CASE system tracking related to:

  • Involuntary terminations andreductioninforcesupport

  • Performance management, including coaching, discipline, and PIPs

  • Employee and labor relations matters and investigations

  • Internal movement and workforce changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor92s degreerequired; emphasisinHuman Resources or Business Administration preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Business Partnering, or HR Service Delivery within a complex organization.

  • Demonstratedexpertisein employee relations, involuntary terminations, RIF support, performance management, and investigations.

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional associate andleadersupport withhigh levelsof emotional intelligence, professionalism, and empathy.

  • Strong consultative and influencing skills, with the ability to guide outcomes without direct authority.

  • Excellent analytical,problemsolving, anddecisionmakingcapabilities, particularly in ambiguous orhighrisksituations.

  • Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant employment laws and regulations across geographies.

  • Experience supporting global ormulticountrypopulations.

  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role:2days in office / 1 day remote.

The pay range for this role is 114,636.86 - 171,955.29 USD Annual.
