Job SummaryThis position is part of the Human Resources job family and encompasses professional and administrative responsibilities for managing, administering, advising on, and delivering human resources programs, services, and solutions. In addition to supporting the primary work location, this role is responsible for providing regular on-site Human Resources support to two additional locations within the PDM Group companies. Responsibilities may include employee relations, labor relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, staffing, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, investigations, performance management, HRIS support, and other specialized Human Resources functions. The role also contributes to fostering a workplace culture that supports and empowers employees, delivers exceptional service to internal customers, and positively impacts the communities in which the organization operates.

Job Function- Process Weekly Payroll and Monthly Incentive Pay.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
- Maintains HRIS data and runs required reports.
- Support staffing needs by participating in the job posting recruiting and interviewing process.
- Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with management and employees.
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
- Assist with sit Safety Program and DOT compliance.
- Participate in Employee Engagement activities program.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees for location.
- Assist and participate in employee investigations.
- Assist in the generation and tracking of employee Disciplinary Notices.
- Assist with preparing and tracking Annual Performance Reviews.
- Assist with Leave of Absence case administration.
- Represents organization at Unemployment Hearings.
- Participates in Internal and External Audits of HR and PR compliance.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state
- Maintains guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with Reliance reporting standards regarding compliance and other information requests.
- Provide regular on-site Human Resources support to two additional locations within the PDM Group companies, partnering with local management and employees to ensure consistent HR service delivery, policy administration, employee relations support, and compliance.

Required Skills• 5-7 plus years of relevant Human Resources Management experience required.• High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor degree preferred.• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively required.• Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive/confidential employment information required.• Understanding of broad concepts and principles pertinent to Human Resources Management operations required.• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.• Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of factors including analysis, knowledge and experience, and judgment required.• Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers as well as internal/external customers required.• Prior Human Resources experience supporting employees and management in a unionized environment, including working knowledge of collectivebargaining agreements, grievance processes, and labor relations practices, required.• Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as general HR software platformsand internet-based search engines required. Compensation RangeThe anticipated compensation for this position is USD $85,000.00/Yr. - USD $98,000.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
