About the Role
We're looking for an experienced People Operations / HR Generalist to help build and run a thoughtful, efficient employee experience at OpenArt.
You'll own core People operations across the employee lifecycle and help improve the systems, processes, and programs that support our global team. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong execution with sound judgment and enjoys building simple, scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Own core People operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee changes, and HR systems.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day People matters.
Maintain and improve People policies and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Support company-wide People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee experience initiatives.

Base: $105,000 - $140,000
Target bonus starts at 15%
