We're looking for an experienced
Automotive Salesperson to join our team at
Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. If you're competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by earning potential, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do: - Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of Honda products, features, and inventory
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize opportunities
What You'll Need:- Previous vehicle sales experience required
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
