Leading the design team in the preparation of designs, technical reports, contract plans, and documents required for the delivery of the Ministry of Transportation's multi-year highway construction program.
Monitoring overall work progress and technical performance on projects to ensure timelines and targets are being met.
Providing mentorship, technical guidance, support, and oversight to other engineers and technical staff working on your projects.
Ensuring that corporate and client QA/QC practices are completed on all projects.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Coordinating with clients, approval agencies, utility companies, contractors, etc.
