Hematology/Oncology Women's Cancer Survivorship at Banner-University Medical Center/University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ

The Women's Cancer Survivorship Program is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support the growing and complex needs of oncology survivorship patients. This role will provide dedicated longitudinal survivorship care focused on improving quality of life, managing long-term treatment effects, coordinating care across specialties, and supporting patients following completion of active cancer treatment.

The Survivorship APP will play a critical role in developing and expanding a comprehensive survivorship care model designed to improve continuity, reduce symptom burden, and provide integrated support for women with breast or gynecological cancers transitioning from active oncology treatment into long-term survivorship care.

Position Details:
  • Full-Time position (1.0 FTE)
  • 4 10-hour shifts, 4-5 Saturdays per year
  • 2+ years' experience required

  • Ability to obtain an AZ license and DEA
  • Oncology certification desired
