Position Highlights:This is a multi-disciplinary
Hematology/Oncology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices
As a Comprehensive Hematologist/Oncologist with Kaiser-WPMG, you will:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to share knowledge, discuss cases, and design patient-centered treatment plans.
- Practice in a model that removes insurance barriers, giving you the time and access needed to truly know and care for your patients.
- Work within a multispecialty medical center that delivers coordinated care through convenient, one-stop facilities offering a full spectrum of services.
- Have the option for a 4-day work week.
- Provide inpatient rounding as a consultative service, supported by on-site hospitalists who manage all admissions and discharges.
- Maintain a clinic schedule designed to protect meaningful patient-physician face-to-face time.
- Enjoy strong work-life balance with competitive vacation and CME time.
- Practice community hematology/oncology with opportunities to focus on specialty interests.
- Use EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice locations.
- Pursue non-clinical interests and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits- Salary Range: $497,045 - $584,759 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

Qualifications- Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Preferred: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology

- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
