We are seeking a Health Policy Implementation Analyst II to support policy implementation, operational analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement activities for large-scale federal health programs.
The successful candidate will enjoy evaluating complex policy and operational requirements, identifying impacts to stakeholders and business processes, and developing recommendations that support effective program implementation. They will work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts.

LocationThis is a hybrid position located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Regular in-office attendance and occasional in-person client meetings are required. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the DC metro area prior to their start date. Relocation assistance is not available.
What You'll be Doing- Analyze federal healthcare policies, regulations, guidance, and operational requirements to identify impacts on stakeholders, business processes, and program operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support implementation planning and decision-making.
- Evaluate policy, operational, and system changes and identify associated risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Develop recommendations and actionable guidance for stakeholders and project teams.
- Draft reports, presentations, issue papers, briefing materials, and other client deliverables.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities and document findings.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and facilitate project meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to solve problems and support successful implementation efforts.
We're Especially Interested in Candidates who:- Have 1-2 years of professional experience in policy, public health, operations, consulting, business analysis, research, or related fields.

Other Important Information- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in public health, public policy, health administration, economics, business, political science, or a related field.
- Applicants should have the ability to obtain a US government security clearance, if needed. Applicants must have lived in the U.S. at least three (3) of the last five (5) years to obtain the required clearance.
