  • Evaluate market trends, client needs, emerging technologies, fintech partnerships, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage in industry conferences, forums, and events to stay current on trends, gather market intelligence, analyze competitive treasury offerings, and identify partnerships that support product strategy.
  • Own product performance, profitability, pricing strategy, and key business metrics.
  • Ensure strong product governance and effective management of regulatory, compliance, operational, and technology risks.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing strategic product roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of commercial payments, liquidity management, receivables, digital channels, and treasury operations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking, treasury operations, and payments ecosystems.
