We are looking for a Head of FP&A & Strategic Finance to translate complex business dynamics into action. This is a role for a strategic partner who views financial planning, business data, and partnering as levers for faster, better decision-making. You will actively shape resource allocation, performance measurement, and our long-term strategy.
What you would doYou'll be obsessed with building financial systems that provide leverage, not just reporting. You will use automation and modern tooling to build a high-impact, scalable FP&A function.
Planning & Forecasting- Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast processes end to end
- Build and maintain the financial model that gives leadership a clear picture of the business at any point in time
- Turn monthly actuals into actionable insight rather than just variance explanations
- Develop scenario models that help the company evaluate strategic decisions
- Translate business strategy into financial frameworks (headcount, capacity, unit economics).
Business Partnering- Act as a trusted finance partner to GTM, Product, and G&A leaders-helping them understand their numbers and make better resource decisions
- Partner with Revenue Operations to align our ARR reporting, booking metrics, and sales productivity metrics into a single source of truth
- Push back when plans don't add up and advocate for decisions grounded in data
Infrastructure & Tooling- Build the systems and processes that make FP&A reliable and scalable-not dependent on heroics every close cycle
- Drive adoption of modern FP&A tooling and establish clean integrations between our financial systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouse)
- Create self-service reporting that gives business leaders direct access to the numbers they need, without routing everything through Finance
About youYou bring more than 10 years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role at a high growth company. You can hold the big picture and the details at the same time-fluent in strategy conversations and equally capable of tracking down a discrepancy in a revenue bridge.
In addition, you bring:
- Deep command of SaaS metrics and how they interact
- Track record building financial models that actually get used to make decisions-not just to satisfy process
- Strong communication skills that can translate financial complexity into clear language for non-finance audiences
- High integrity and low ego: you call it like you see it, even when the numbers aren't telling a flattering story
- Bias for action: you move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and course-correct rather than wait for perfect data
What we can offer
- A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team
- Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth
- A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers
- Comprehensive health plans and perks
- A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs
- Competitive salary, commissions, bonus, and stock options program
