Newegg is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager or Director of B2B Sales to lead and expand our global B2B e-commerce sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving category growth, vendor partnerships, global merchandising strategy, and overall sales profitability across targeted markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT e-commerce merchandising, B2B sales leadership, vendor management, and strategic business planning, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver revenue growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, merchandising, or business development, preferably within IT, electronics, or e-commerce sectors.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing direct teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing large vendor portfolios, P&L ownership, and strategic negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of global e-commerce marketing practices, B2B sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and market research.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence at all levels.
- High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in global markets and managing international teams is a plus.
