Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead a team of Product and Hardware Engineers responsible for transitioning new semiconductor test platforms and hardware products from development into high-volume manufacturing. This role serves as the critical bridge between Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Engineering to ensure successful product launches, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing reliability improvements.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product and Hardware Engineers.
  • Drive New Product Introduction activities from design release through manufacturing ramp.
  • Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams.
  • Ensure product readiness for high-volume production, quality, reliability, and cost targets.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and manufacturing issues.
  • Drive manufacturing readiness reviews, qualification plans, and release processes.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, resource allocation, and executive status reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for yield, reliability, and operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MS or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor test equipment, ATE, or semiconductor capital equipment.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience with mixed-signal, power, digital, or precision instrumentation hardware preferred
  • Knowledge of FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering practices preferred
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations preferred
  • Proven experience taking products from development through high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product qualification, DFM, reliability, and production ramp methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation
,The base salary range for this role is $167,000-$267,100,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
