ArtBot, part of Critical Mass, is looking for an exceptional New Business & Growth Lead to join our team in New York.

What You'll Do
Lead Winning New Business Opportunities

You'll own the operational and strategic engine behind our new business efforts, ensuring every opportunity is thoughtfully planned, expertly executed, and positioned for success.

Manage active opportunities from initial brief through to final submission and presentation
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, technology, and account management
Develop compelling RFP responses and pitch narratives that clearly articulate ArtBot's unique value proposition
Keep complex projects on track, proactively identifying risks and driving momentum
Partner closely with our UK-based design teams to deliver high-quality pitch materials seamlessly across time zones
Present and lead smaller opportunities independently, while supporting the MD on larger, high-profile pitches
Shape the ArtBot Story

You'll play a critical role in defining how ArtBot shows up in the market and communicates its capabilities.

Build and maintain a best-in-class library of credentials, case studies, pitch materials, and proposal content
Create scalable frameworks and templates that improve efficiency and consistency across future opportunities
Translate complex technology and media capabilities into clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives
Continuously evolve our positioning to ensure we remain relevant, differentiated, and competitive
Drive Growth Through Organisation & Insight

You'll provide visibility and structure across our growth pipeline, helping leadership make informed decisions and prioritise opportunities effectively.

Maintain oversight of all opportunities across the US and Canada
Track progress, timelines, stakeholders, and next steps across multiple concurrent pursuits
Deliver regular pipeline updates and actionable insights to senior leadership
Support strategic resource planning and opportunity prioritisation
Build Industry Knowledge & Relationships

You'll become deeply embedded in the agency and marketing landscape, helping ArtBot strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.

Develop expertise in agency holding company structures, procurement processes, and market dynamics
Monitor industry activity, new opportunities, and relevant market developments
Support leadership in preparing for key meetings and strategic relationship-building activities
Maintain a clear view of key stakeholder relationships across the broader Omnicom network
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution.

You may come from a new business, strategy, marketing, pitch management, or growth-focused role within an agency, media, ad tech, or professional services environment and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.

You'll bring:

5-8 years' experience in new business, pitch management, strategy, marketing, or a related discipline
Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and competing priorities
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into compelling narratives
Experience developing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client-facing materials
An understanding of agency structures, procurement processes, and business development best practices
Confidence presenting and communicating with senior stakeholders and clients
The ability to create order from ambiguity and build processes where none currently exist
