Job Summary:
JCS Solutions is seeking a high-impact Growth Executive to lead business development and capture initiatives across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and civilian federal agencies. This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and advancing strategic opportunities across federal IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital modernization programs.

This is a hands-on growth role for a seasoned federal business development professional who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, capture strategy, technology positioning, and mission alignment.

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $175,000.00 to $200,000.00.
