Join Macquarie Capital's Growth and Technology team as an Analyst specializing in Growth-Oriented Asset-Light (GOAL) investments for tech and tech-enabled companies. In this role you will be a part of the team that focuses on vertical solutions with a compliance nexus across multiple focus areas, including the public sector, capacity constrained / enabled, and fintech.

You will conduct industry and company research, perform due diligence, and financial analysis as well as create financial models, presentations, and investment committee memoranda with the view of executing investment and capital raising opportunities. You will also help manage and track the performance and strategic direction of existing portfolio companies.
Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $150,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

- 1-3 years' experience in private equity, venture capital, junior debt/equity investment or investment banking experience.
- Strong analytical, modelling, presentation, research, and interpersonal skills.
- FINRA exams are required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable).
