Group Sales Manager

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing group bookings and MICE market
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business opportunities for groups of 10+ rooms per night
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
• Solicit new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Facilitate sales initiatives that align with the resort's business goals
• Participate actively in the MICE market across the U.S. mainland
