$40 an hour plus.
About the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced
Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy
Auto Service Department. In this key leadership role, you'll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Lead daily shop workflow & dispatch support
- Perform advanced diagnostics & difficult repairs
- Mentor and train technicians & apprentices
- Ensure repair quality & proper GM procedures
- Support Service Advisors with estimates & timelines
- Maintain shop productivity, safety & morale
What We're Looking For- 5+ years automotive technician experience
- GM experience strongly preferred
- GM Certifications or ASE Certifications a plus
- Leadership / Foreman experience preferred
- Strong electrical & drivability diagnostic ability
- Valid driver's license
