Full Job Description
As the Global F2P Process Lead, you will steward our PPG Global Template for Forecast to Plan. This involves governing standards, driving adoption, and shaping how Demand, Supply, and Production Planning and Scheduling operates across implementations and business-as-usual. You'll partner with the IT Center of Excellence, super users, and partners to translate requirements into compliant, and scalable F2P processes in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA. You'll lead the F2P process blueprint, evaluate change requests, run impact assessments end-to-end, and guide teams through design, deployment, and stabilization. In business as usual, you'll handle escalations, coach process owners, maintain documentation, and improve KPIs. You will be based out of the Pittsburgh Corporate office and report to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the Global Template for F2P (Forecast to Plan) processes, ensuring global consistency, compliance, and best practices
  • Lead governance and process standardization, setting and enforcing global F2P policies and frameworks
  • Support ERP implementations, guiding design, deployment, and adoption of standardized processes
  • Collaborate with IT Center of Excellence, super users, and partners to assess requirements and manage system capabilities within template standards
  • Evaluate process changes, conducting impact assessments and ensuring end-to-end agreement
  • Provide expert guidance for business-as-usual F2P requests, addressing escalations and driving continuous improvement
  • Maintain process documentation and support training and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor F2P Goals to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen process efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline with certifications such as ASCM CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including Demand, Supply, and Production Planning and Scheduling, and Inventory Optimization with expertise in lean manufacturing and supply chain strategies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules and exposure to tools like Signavio (or similar) for process modeling
  • Experience with global F2P processes and reporting requirements
  • Track record in process standardization, governance, or template management
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment; skilled with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Sales, Finance, Compliance, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to define and monitor F2P KPIs and translate insights into improvements
  • Clear, concise cross-cultural communicator - comfortable leading presentations, workshops, and making governance decisions
