Full Job Description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop global standards, policies, and SOPs for E2E supply chain processes that supports operations and global scalability.
  • Capture and analyze business requirements and translate these into standardized business processes, including definitions, templates, data sources, technology roadmap, and roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in development of key output and KPI requirements that support the S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities across the supply chain and lead corresponding continuous improvement initiatives to address the aforementioned items.
  • Provides recommendations for supply planning, process development and improvement on behalf of the stakeholders.
  • Drive process harmonization while allowing for local adaptability where necessary.
  • Work with supply chain functional teams to collaborate with those including but not limited to operations, EVSMs, product management, procurement, and finance to identify gaps and action plans for improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to agree on business process standardization while fostering productive dialogue.
  • Act as the primary liaison between supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT for process improvements and system integrations.
  • Address supply planning process-related issues like a fragmented approach to MPS, finished goods or replenishment management, or difficulty in acquiring information from siloed teams in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as a change agent for process transformation across global and cross-cultural teams.
  • Lead training, communication, and change management initiatives related to supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, trade, and internal governance requirements.


Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
  • A certification in supply chain is desired
  • Deep understanding of E2E supply chain concepts (S&OP/IBP, MRP, order fulfillment, logistics, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana) and supply chain planning tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to analyze project needs and balance competing interests, and to determine the resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that often span multiple environments in a business area
  • Project management skills are needed to manage overall transformation or continuous improvement projects across multiple geographies and business units are preferred
  • Change management and transformational change certifications are preferred


Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations,
  • Understanding of process definition, mapping, analysis and implementation.
  • Knowledge of supply planning process across different business units, production plants, products and geographies within the organization.
  • Understanding of analytics, with experience collecting, organizing and disseminating information accurately.
  • Can use thought leadership to anticipate future needs and changes that might be required
  • Has strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, alignment and commitment
