Aperçu

Nous recherchons un(e) chef(fe) de projet Digital Twin pour piloter une initiative définie de Digital Twin au sein d'un important programme d'infrastructure ferroviaire à grande vitesse. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la livraison d'un lot de travail spécifique lié au jumeau numérique, sous la supervision du responsable Digital Twin du projet.

Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, données et technologies) afin de garantir que votre initiative est livrée dans les délais, dans le périmètre défini et en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de Digital Twin du projet.

Votre rôle

  • Gérer un lot de travaux dédié au jumeau numérique dans le cadre du programme global, en assurant l'alignement avec les orientations du responsable Digital Twin.


  • Élaborer et maintenir les plans de projet, les échéanciers, les risques et les livrables pour votre initiative.


  • Coordonner les équipes BIM, SIG (GIS), IoT, ingénierie des systèmes et données afin de soutenir leur intégration dans l'environnement de Digital Twin.


  • Superviser l'alimentation et la validation des données pour votre périmètre, en veillant au respect des normes du projet.


  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des cadres d'interopérabilité, des modèles de métadonnées et des règles de gouvernance des données définis par le responsable Digital Twin.


  • Gérer les activités des fournisseurs et consultants liés à votre initiative.


  • Suivre l'avancement, rendre compte de l'état d'avancement et escalader les risques ou problèmes au responsable Digital Twin.


  • Animer des ateliers, des revues techniques et des réunions de coordination entre les différentes disciplines.


  • Contribuer à la préparation de la livraison numérique (digital handover) pour votre périmètre.


  • Promouvoir l'adoption des processus de Digital Twin au sein de votre lot de travaux par des activités de communication et de gestion du changement.


À propos de vous

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, gestion de projet, informatique, géomatique ou discipline connexe. Une certification PMP ou équivalente est un atout.


  • 10 à 12 ans d'expérience en livraison numérique, gestion de projet, coordination BIM/SIG, ingénierie des systèmes ou domaines connexes.


  • Expérience dans la gestion de lots techniques sur de grands projets d'infrastructure.


  • Expérience avec le BIM, le SIG, l'IoT ou la gestion de l'information des actifs.


  • Compréhension des concepts, plateformes et flux de données des jumeaux numériques (Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, ESRI GeoBIM, Siemens, NVIDIA Omniverse, Dassault Systèmes 3DX ou équivalent).

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Twin Project Manager to lead a defined digital-twin initiative within a major high-speed rail infrastructure program. In this role, you will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of a specific digital-twin workstream, working under the guidance of the project's Digital Twin Lead.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, data, and technology teams to ensure your assigned initiative is delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with the overall digital-twin strategy for the project.

Your role

  • Manage a dedicated digital-twin workstream within the broader program, ensuring alignment with the Digital Twin Lead's direction.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables for your assigned initiative.
  • Coordinate BIM, GIS, IoT, systems engineering, and data teams to support integration into the digital-twin environment.
  • Oversee data population and validation for your workstream, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Support the implementation of interoperability frameworks, metadata schemas, and data governance rules defined by the Digital Twin Lead.
  • Manage vendor and consultant activities related to your initiative.
  • Track progress, report status, and escalate risks or issues to the Digital Twin Lead.
  • Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and coordination meetings across disciplines.
  • Contribute to digital-handover readiness for your assigned scope.

About you

Experience:
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Geomatics, or a related discipline. PMP or similar certification is beneficial.
  • 10-12 years of experience in digital delivery, project management, BIM/GIS coordination, systems engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience managing technical workstreams on large infrastructure projects.

Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with BIM, GIS, IoT, or asset information management.
  • Understanding of digital-twin concepts, platforms, and data workflows (Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, ESRI GeoBIM, Siemens, Nvidea Omniverse, Dassault Systems 3DX or similar).
  • Familiarity with data governance, APIs, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of rail systems or major infrastructure projects is an asset.
