Southland Holdings is looking for a experienced Superintendent with great leadership skills at our Dallas, TX DIA Project.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors
- Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule
- Must have Class B License
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus
- Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.
- Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.
- Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.
- Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs
- Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards
- OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.
- Enforce company safety regulations
Salary: $100k-$120k
