Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects as a General Contractor.
• Proven background in markets including Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal sectors.
• Strong skills in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, and Project Financial management.
