What You'll DoDepending on your role and experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing structural drawings, models, and construction documents
- Supporting design calculations and structural analysis
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Assisting in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling (role-dependent)
- Leading project teams and overseeing deliverables (for senior-level roles)
- Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements
Job Requirements
What We're Looking ForIdeal candidates will bring:
- Experience in structural engineering (base-building or cold-formed steel design) or related CAD production
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- For engineering roles: a degree in Civil Engineering or related field (EIT/PE preferred for higher-level roles)
- For senior roles: demonstrated project management and client-facing experience, as well as staff management
