Full Job Description
The Role
As the General Manager of Sunset, you'll own the full P&L. You'll be running the product, operations, and client success of the Sunset business as a whole - ensuring we can continue to scale while delivering a world-class customer experience. This role is an extremely rare opportunity to become the de-facto CEO of an already operating, venture-backed startup. You'll have full autonomy to make the improvements you see fit in order to grow, drive margins, and continue to win in this market.
What You'll Do
Own the P&L of Sunset
Define overall strategy and objectives in order to 10X this product line
Manage current team of 10+
Improve product, automations, and agentic capabilities in order to reduce manual processes and effort

MoM growth in revenue, customer count, and margins
CSAT, NPS, SLAs, and Trustpilot scoring
Conversion rates (MQL -> SQL -> Won)
Automation (ticket volume, deflection)
