$92,000 - $105,000 per year / Exempt / Full-Time / Salaried Employee / Reports to the Area Supervisor

Job Description:
• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team
• Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to:
o Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding
o Conduct performance reviews and wage increases
o Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (Example: documenting, suspending, or terminating)
o Train, coach, and motivate
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
• Be results-oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
• Set the tone: Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards
