Your Impact
As the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day success of the business by developing people, strengthening installations, driving sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will provide vision, coaching, and accountability while embodying our purpose, mission, and values. Your leadership will directly shape the success of the business, the growth of your team, and the lives of the customers we serve.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership opportunity for someone who wants to operate the business like an owner with the support, resources, and partnership of Thrasher Group behind you.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130000 (base + bonus, dependent on experience)
How You Win Every Day
Lead with purpose by casting vision, aligning the team, and living out our purpose, mission, and values through daily leadership.
Own the results by tracking performance, identifying trends, solving problems, and taking action to ensure the business delivers on its commitments.
Lead and develop people through clear expectations, coaching, recognition, feedback, and accountability that builds trust and strengthens performance.
Drive installation excellence by ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to Core Processes while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay connected to the field by spending time with crews, modeling excellence, identifying skill gaps, and understanding what is happening in the business firsthand.
Drive sales with purpose by coaching and developing sales representatives, ensuring Core Processes are followed, and stepping into appointments when needed to demonstrate what is possible.
Make customers happy by resolving customer concerns, identifying opportunities to improve, and turning customer issues into learning opportunities for the team.
Stay on time and on budget by helping establish business commitments and budgets, monitoring performance, and holding the team accountable for achieving them.
Build a culture of stability and accountability by creating trust, developing leaders, and holding team members accountable to high standards without losing sight of the people behind the results.
Think like a business owner by balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy and focusing on meaningful progress, not simply activity.
