Applications will be evaluated by multiple teams within the HR & Management teams to ensure the best alignment based on skills and interests. Responsibilities: - Stakeholder Management/Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, hiring team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders - develop sourcing and hiring strategies, ensuring alignment on delivery goals and expectations. Establish cadence of communication and reporting. Develop deep understanding of business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs of each business. - Hiring Process Development and Management: Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. Ramp up hiring teams (from RC to Hiring manager) to ensure clear expectations of roles and responsibilities, including timely SLAs. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize processes. - Talent Pipelining and Networking: Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. Establish strong relationships with key talent sources, including industry leaders, universities, and professional networks. - Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet business objectives, aligning with company-wide talent acquisition goals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. Drive innovative approaches to attract, engage, and retain top talent. - Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes. - Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as talent mapping, process improvement, trainings, comp analysis etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. - Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes. - Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including common recruitment channels and sourcing approaches. - Prior internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $128000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
