Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business heads to optimize performance and drive key initiatives
  • Own the operating cadence including business reviews and executive reporting rhythms
  • Drive alignment across product, marketing, lending, deposits, risk, and operations around shared performance metrics
  • Engage partners to track initiative progress and ensure accountability to performance commitments
  • Monitor trends and escalate material risks to consumer bank leadership
  • Translate performance data into clear executive narratives that facilitate decision-making
  • Facilitate insight-led reviews that are action-oriented and ready for executive decisions
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Strategy during business management evolution

Full Job Description
Target Range:
$140,000/Yr. - $160,000/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business heads - optimizing performance, surfacing risks, and driving key initiatives across the consumer organization.
  • Own the operating cadence - business reviews, cross-functional forums, and executive reporting rhythms.
  • Drive alignment across product, marketing, lending, deposits, risk, and operations around shared performance metrics.
  • Engage partners to track initiative progress and hold the organization accountable to performance commitments.
  • Serve as an early warning system - monitoring trends, surfacing material drivers, and escalating risks to consumer bank leadership.
  • Translate performance data into clear executive narratives that drive decisions, not just reporting.
  • Facilitate senior and executive-level reviews that are insight-led, action-oriented, and decision-ready.
  • Serve as thought partner to the Head of Strategy as business management evolves with Axos's growth.
