We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Your key responsibilities

As a senior consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.

Additionally, you will:
  • Deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
  • Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
  • Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • 2-5+ years of industry experience
  • Bilingual : French / English
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
