Virtua Medical Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care Team.

About the Role:

Palliative care is centered on improving quality of life for patients and their families facing chronic or serious illness. Our goal is to provide comprehensive medical, emotional, and supportive care that relieves symptoms, enhances comfort, and helps patients live as fully and comfortably as possible each day.

This role provides care across multiple settings, including inpatient consultations at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Virtua Willingboro Hospital, as well as home-based patient visits within the community. The position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $128,125 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
