Job DescriptionAbout the positionAs a Full stack Software Engineer, you will have a key role that will lead you to work both on the front and back end of our product development that involves computer vision and artificial intelligence, participate in the development of the strategic roadmap of our product as well as collaborate with our data science team. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person who will be one of the first 10 members of the HAXIO team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering, or several years of experience.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.
- Knowledge of database and container technologies (Postgre and Docker).
- Understanding of key design principles and sense of pride in esthetic and easy to use products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high self-reliance and self-accountability.
- Keen interest in developing artificial intelligence technologies (deep learning, continuous learning).
- Functional English and French, spoken and written.
Bonus assets - Knowledge/experience with GraphQL
- Hands-on experience in Agile development (Scrum)
- Experience with Azure DevOps or related team collaboration tools
- Knowledge of machine-learning/DL techniques and related Python libraries (Pytorch, TensorFlow).
- Knowledge in cloud computing technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
