As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end to end features of a system covering everything from user experience to backend code
- Your day to day activities will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services while embracing new technologies with a cloud first and agile mindset
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate effectively and manage the team to perform take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Providing solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role
- Expert proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required
- Advanced proficiency in Release Management Software Quality Assurance SQA Application Lifecycle Management ALM and Application Design is suggested
- Take ownership of specific areas within the project to ensure high quality delivery and continuous improvement
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions to influence effective and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align technical approaches with business goals
- Analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and user experience
Client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years experience with Java Full Stack Development
- HS Diploma / GED
