Your Role- Partner directly with traders and other Capital Markets stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Own the complete development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain reliable, scalable, high-performing full-stack applications.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and proactively improve system performance and stability.
- Collaborate with developers and technology partners to continuously improve practices, code quality, and solutions.
- Share your expertise and mentor less-experienced developers.

Prerequisites - Three or more years of professional full-stack development experience, with demonstrated experience delivering completed applications or projects.
- Strong experience developing back-end applications and services using Python.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using React or Angular.
- Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Git, agile practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines is considered an asset.
- Experience with or interest in using approved AI development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and problem-solving is valued.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of finance, trading, or Capital Markets is considered an asset. Curiosity and a desire to develop deeper Capital Markets expertise are highly valued.
