Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will support clients in defining, developing, and delivering products and services that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, strategists, and business stakeholders to shape product vision, define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and guide successful delivery.
You will be responsible for leading product workstreams, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and applying product management best practices to help organizations create customer-centered solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities that align customer needs with business objectives.
- Lead product discovery, ideation, requirements gathering, and delivery activities across digital and physical products.
- Develop user stories, epics, MVP definitions, and product requirements to support successful product execution.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions.
- Use research, experimentation, analytics, and market insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
- Apply product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and best practices to accelerate product outcomes.
- Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing product optimization efforts.
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and business development activities as opportunities arise.
- Leverage AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities to enhance product research, planning, roadmap development, and delivery activities.
Your Skills + Experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Required Experience
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Product Development, or a related discipline.
- Experience defining, launching, and delivering digital products, platforms, services, or customer experiences.
- Strong product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, epics, MVP definitions, and release plans.
- Experience working in Agile, Lean, or product-centered delivery environments.
- Ability to communicate recommendations and insights effectively to client stakeholders.
- Experience leading product workstreams within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with contemporary product management, collaboration, research, and prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities within a product management context.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 - $212,700
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
